Your Billing & Shipping Address Must Match Or Your Order Will Be Cancelled

How Long Is Shipping?

Processing time varies by the service so be sure to read the description box.  We do not include weekends & holidays in our processing timeframe but most services are normally done quicker than whats listed. Once the order is packed & shipped, shipping is 1-4 business days. 

 **Expect Delays During Sale Periods & Holidays**

 

After your order is shipped it takes approximately 1-4 days to arrive to you. Please order in advance. We are not responsible if you don't get your hair in time. So we suggest setting your appointment once you receive your hair. All orders are shipped through UPS and will Require a signature!! 

International Orders

Once order is shipped, shipping Is 7-21 business days. We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A Physical address is required. Custom Fees may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.  

 

Lost-Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not recieve a refund for lost-stolen packages. All packages comes with a tracking number. USP updates their system every time they put their hands on your packages. If you not be home on the expected arrival date-time you can request to have the package held at your local UPS office on their website. Keep in mind packages requires a signature. 

 

What Is Our Refund Policy?

 All sales are final. We do not do refunds nor exchanges. Due to the beauty & health act, We are not allowed to receive any products back.  Once your order is submitted, there is no refunds or exchanges. However our goal is to make sure you are completely happy with your order. If there is a problem with your order that occurred on our behalf we will work diligently to fix it! If you are refunded, refunds take about 5-10 business days to reflect back on your account. Please make sure your address is correct (shipping and billing address must match) before checking out. If your package is returned due to incomplete address you will have to repay the shipping over to have it reshipped. Once your order is ship, we have no control on what delays or issues may happen with UPS so you will have to contact them, but we will try our best to help you figure out the problem. If you come across any issues please contact me therefore I can help resolve the issue
